NOTE: Room Pricing is based on double occupancy. There is a $10 fee for extra people. A single size bed is available for the Sunset Suite. We are open for negotiation on long term stay.
Swallow Guesthouse advises our guests to purchase their own travel and health insurance as we do not take any responsibility for injury or loss of goods. We further reserve the right to charge guests upon departure for any broken or misplaced Swallow Guesthouse possessions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Your reservation is only valid upon payment of your non-refundable deposit. We are not responsible for loss of booking due to unforseen circumstances out of our control. These would include weather conditions, national customs restrictions, flight delay. If there is a mistake in our overbook, then we will refund your deposit and help you with other acomodations in the local area. We try to provide ample opportunity for clients to book but do try to accomodate late arrivals.
